I develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), technical documentation, installation guides, workflow documentation, operational reports, and structured procedures that improve consistency, knowledge transfer, and operational reliability. I apply evidence-based evaluation, root-cause analysis, and quality review to strengthen operational support and reduce ambiguity across processes.
Currently, I’m developing an independent AI-assisted operational knowledge system (SASANA PAMOR SURYOBRONGTO) focused on structured documentation, workflow validation, evidence-based evaluation, and continuous improvement.
