At PT. Bank Woori Saudara 1906, Tbk., I support daily operations and monitoring of BI-Fast production services, helping maintain availability, transaction reliability, and operational stability.
I investigate production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and external vendors. I also support production changes, from SSL certificate renewals and deployment support to post-implementation validation.
I prepare incident reports, deployment procedures, release records, and operational runbooks. My work includes technical documentation such as system architecture, infrastructure diagrams, and process flows.
On a Linux Server Automation project, I developed Bash scripts to automate log monitoring and routine operational tasks. I’ve also provisioned cloud resources in Google Cloud Platform labs using Google Cloud SDK and Cloud Shell.
