At the Ministry of Finance (MoF), I train government staff to use different digital systems, assess their practical skills, and provide online support when they need help.
I also visit government ministries, departments, and agencies to introduce digital systems and demonstrate how they work. I explain how systems may support institutional needs and help staff adopt them.
My training work includes preparing and delivering learning, developing e-learning courses and modules, and creating online training content and assessments. I hold a Master & Science Degree in Global Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
