At Innodata Inc, I contribute to AI and LLM data operations projects, including Super Intelligence Lab and Business AI Data Operations. I annotate and validate text, image, and multimodal datasets for LLM training.
My work also includes prompt evaluation, entity annotation, and quality assurance. I follow annotation guidelines and collaborate with QA teams to improve dataset quality.
Previously, as an Apprentice - Death Benefits Operations at Fidelity Investments (Bengaluru, India), I processed death benefits cases involving beneficiary verification and account updates within SLA timelines. I verified customer documents using Xtrac and Focus Point and supported compliance requirements.
On a project, I developed an application to list and manage objects in IBM Cloud Object Storage buckets, using Python and IBM Cloud services. I also hold an IBM Full Stack Developer Professional Certification.
