On the machine maintenance spare-parts project for Pınar Süt, I analyzed demand across three factories and evaluated inventory policies with statistical testing and Monte Carlo simulation. The analysis identified TRY 3.3M in cost savings and a 99.99% service level for critical parts.

At HAUS Makina San. Ve Tic. A.Ş., I developed Excel VBA tools using production data to improve planning allocation and lead-time determination. My project work also includes causal impact analysis, propensity score matching, and machine learning with Python.
