I’m a Business Development Supervisor focused on business needs, smooth system operations, and continuous support for teams and dealers. I’ve worked with the Panorama Dealer Automation System, ensuring records are created correctly and required changes are applied.

In my System Development Supervisor role, I took part in integration projects with SAP and supported dealer-commercial system transfer processes. I also contributed to report development for the sales team, and coordinated field tests with the software team while preparing SQL-Database queries and generating reports.

I bring hands-on implementation and enablement experience, including installation, training, and support of tools (tablets) connected to dealer automation. I provide instant support through constant communication with dealers and train responsible people to use the system correctly, including TPM (Total Productive Management) maintenance and user training.

Earlier roles included project operation and technical support for Panorama and Philips, plus training and documentation preparation for Turkcell–Verifone PEROS projects across Turkey. I enjoy connecting business and technology so stakeholders can find solutions quickly and run day-to-day processes reliably.
