At Megaworld Corporation, I maintain and enhance enterprise applications including the ASP.NET-based Sales Audit System, SEAMS, and MSAS. These systems support sales audits across 70–80 properties and automate marketing requests and audit workflows.

I contribute to LIMS, a Laravel 11-based Leasing and Inventory Management System serving 100–200 users. I help automate contract creation, audit requests, approvals, leasing workflows, and dashboard reporting, and participate in modernizing legacy ASP.NET applications into a Laravel-based platform.
