I oversee proposals, pricing, technical quotations, engineering drawings, BOMs, schedules, specifications, procurement, and subcontractor activities. I focus on cost optimization, project profitability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality, safety, budget, and timeline requirements.
My project experience includes Hardox premix drums, wear-resistant chutes and hoppers, mill liners, VRM nozzle rings, crusher and mixer liners, hard-faced pipes, and mill roller refurbishment.
Earlier, I managed MEP and industrial projects in Bahrain and delivered fabrication and erection work for industrial and automotive plant structures in India.
