What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my spare parts, asset management, procurement coordination, and maintenance support experience to improve equipment reliability, inventory accuracy, cost control, and safe manufacturing operations.

At LONGi Malaysia, I manage end-to-end spare parts inventory, safety stock, fixed assets, and equipment BOMs to support production continuity and minimize equipment downtime.

I monitor expenditure, inventory usage, and safety stock costs through weekly reporting, maintaining nearly 100% budget compliance. I also coordinate procurement, logistics, warehouses, suppliers, and equipment vendors for sourcing, repairs, modifications, and delivery schedules.

I support equipment relocation and rigging projects by raising purchase requisitions, arranging TMS bookings, coordinating PTW approvals, and verifying machine assets after installation. I apply EHS policies, safe work practices, PPE requirements, and 6S principles during maintenance and project activities.

Earlier industrial training at X-FAB Sarawak gave me experience with wafer rework, inspection, production planning, customer forecasts, sales orders, and loading plans. My background also includes automotive-parts inventory management and welding fabrication and repair work.
