I seek a challenging role that allows me to leverage my leadership skills in mental health services while fostering community collaboration.

As a dedicated mental health professional with over 20 years of experience, I have successfully led initiatives that enhance community mental health services. My role as Director of Mental Health at Potter County Human Services involved direct supervision of staff, contract management, and the development of innovative programs such as the Forensic Re-entry program and a Transitional Living House. I pride myself on my ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including the judicial system and educational institutions, to address the diverse needs of our community.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a commitment to improving mental health services through strategic planning and community assessment. My experience as a CASSP Coordinator and a Drug & Alcohol Prevention Specialist has equipped me with the skills to facilitate meetings, coordinate care, and provide education across multiple sectors.
