I am a military veteran with a Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance and 27 years of proven experience in Command and Control. My expertise lies in developing, planning, and executing both international and domestic operations. I pride myself on being an outside-the-box thinker, providing efficient and innovative management techniques, advanced strategic planning, and continuous process improvement.
Currently, I manage SOCOM’s Mission Command System (MCS) Program Management Office (PMO) exercise program for 62 Global Field Service Engineers. I ensure that new program requirements and capabilities are validated prior to software deployment releases. My role involves collaborating with various commands across the SOCOM enterprise to enhance the PMO’s objectives, ensuring that we meet the units’ requirements through effective vendor partnerships in software development.
Throughout my career, I have developed a tiered exercise approach and long-range calendar to align capability release schedules with future exercises. My experience includes integrating complex systems and coordinating large-scale exercises involving multiple countries and thousands of personnel, demonstrating my ability to enhance operational situational awareness and streamline communication across diverse teams.
