Integrated HMRC APIs, led event tracking initiatives, and built frontend components and backend-driven workflows for AI-powered chatbots and automated document analysis.

Maintained and enhanced Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable modules using Progress 4GL, Java and Angular. Developed web features and REST APIs for business and financial system integrations, and queried and analyzed data in Microsoft SQL Server.

Developed frontend features for retail and commerce systems using React, TypeScript and JavaScript. Optimized slow screens, user flows, component rendering and client-side data handling, and reduced unnecessary API calls to improve interface responsiveness and maintainability.

Provided internal technical support for hardware, software and access issues, and supported data maintenance and operational routines using ticketing and remote-access tools.
