At Matteo Food, I oversee purchasing high-quality fruits and vegetables from local markets, checking that products meet company standards and managing deliveries to customers. I also advise on produce for menu preparation and work on strategies to improve operations and customer satisfaction.
At NATA Lisboa, I contributed to the foundation and development of the company, with responsibilities spanning supplier negotiations, financial management and day-to-day operations. My experience managing P&Ls and teams has given me a practical understanding of how food businesses work.
Earlier, at Universidade do Minho, I worked on menu planning, cost and process optimization, new recipes, and food safety and quality control. I’m a self-confessed data junkie, and I like learning and finding simple, practical ways to improve how things work.
