Bruno Carvalho
@brunocarvalho
I build and evolve high-volume financial and public-sector systems with Java, microservices, and secure APIs.
What I'm looking for
I'm supporting and evolving Sicoob's Brazilian Payment System, which processes about 500,000 TED wire transfers daily across roughly 300 credit unions. I fix critical reconciliation issues and automate routines and reports that previously required manual work.
At Núclea, I developed C3 Registradora, a Central Bank-authorized credit custody and receivables settlement platform. I contributed to modernizing its monolith into Spring Cloud microservices on AWS ECS and built Java 17 REST APIs with domain-isolated PostgreSQL databases.
Across CAPES, Brazil's Superior Electoral Court, Cabal, and other public-sector systems, I've delivered and refactored mission-critical Java applications for more than 14 years. I value sound technical decisions, scalable architecture, and strong software engineering practices.
