I want to work in administrative and financial areas where I can lead process management, build KPI-driven reports, and automate Excel/Power BI dashboards to support data-driven decisions and strong managerial follow-up.

I work in administrative and financial areas, focusing on process management, financial analysis, and generating high-quality reports for customer service and managerial follow-up. I use advanced Excel to manage large-scale data, financial flows, and billing control, turning analysis into clear KPIs and executive dashboards.

In my most recent experience, I created managerial reports and indicators using pivot tables, advanced functions, and macro-free automation, and I built interactive dashboards in Power BI for strategic decision-making. I also optimized administrative and financial routines through Excel automation and workflow standardization.

Alongside finance, I supported multichannel customer service and customer experience (CX) by measuring satisfaction with Excel-managed indicators and producing service-metrics reports.
