I’m a Supply Chain & Operations Analyst with 2 years of experience in the FMCG industry, currently working as an MIS Executive. I focus on turning sales trends, stock visibility, and demand forecasts into practical plans that help teams execute smoothly.

In my current role, I develop production plans for products such as Asal Batter, Parota, and Chapati by analyzing sales trends, stock availability, and demand forecasts. I also manage inventory planning and monitor stock levels across 2 ice cream depots to support uninterrupted product distribution across Karnataka.

I handle operational challenges by resolving issues tied to stock shortages, MRP differences, and discrepancies in stock received by distributors. I also coordinate vehicle planning, dispatch scheduling, and distributor order processing for 60+ distributors using Salesmatic ERP.

I prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS and sales reports by analyzing Power BI dashboards and converting insights into structured Microsoft Excel outputs. I collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Inventory, and Logistics teams to improve day-to-day supply chain operations, and I’m driven by data-driven decision-making.
