What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or systems administration role where I can troubleshoot user issues, manage devices and access, contribute to documentation, and grow my skills in cloud networking and systems administration.

I've supported Ministry of Agriculture, Water, Fisheries and Land Reform staff as the first point of contact for hardware, software, and account-access issues. I provisioned devices and accounts in Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, led staff onboarding, and maintained knowledge-base documentation.

At Medi-Pill Pharmacy, I administered stock management systems, supported remote staff, audited SaaS platforms, and resolved software and device issues to reduce operational downtime. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Science in Communication Networks at NUST.
