I’m a Dynamic Sales and Parts Manager with over 6 years of experienced logistics background, focused on inventory management and warehouse operations. I bring strong teamwork habits and a results-driven mindset to keep stock, orders, and processes running smoothly.

In my roles, I’ve owned stock control end-to-end—stock receiving, stock ordering, picking, load RFC’s, and ensuring accurate stock takes (including weekly perpetual stock taking). I also manage inventory health with reordering categories (fast moving, medium, slow) and track stock aging from month 6 to 12 to reduce parts sitting unsold.

I’m committed to operational excellence and customer outcomes. I handle internal and customer enquiries, process refunds, support supplier credits and refunds, and submit daily cash reports, month-to-month management accounts meetings, and weekly KPI reporting to stay aligned with targets and budgets.

I’m also a safety-minded, adaptable problem-solver who maintains clean, organized workspaces and adheres to workplace health and safety standards through regular inspections and hazard reporting. I’m a quick learner, open-minded, and eager to expand into different industries by building on strong systems, communication, and leadership skills.
