What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a process-oriented role where I can strengthen provider relations, improve claims throughput, resolve complex billing issues, and help recover reimbursements.

I've spent 11 years resolving insurance and billing issues, most recently as a Senior Claims Examiner at United Health Care. I reviewed complex medical claims, reversed eligible denials, prepared appeals, and reconciled ERA remittances and cash postings to restore reimbursements.

I also mentor claims staff, use Excel pivot tables to prioritize high-dollar denials, and bring experience in provider support, medical billing, customer service, administrative operations, and mobile notary services.
