At Georgetown ISD, I work as a Secondary School Teacher. My background includes curriculum development and performance-based learning.
I design instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, asynchronous eLearning, and assessments. My process includes analyzing learning needs, developing objectives, and iterating based on feedback and data.
At Outlier, I coached an AI model by assessing AI-generated writing, reviewing fellow evaluators’ work, and crafting original responses to prompts. I also bring experience with adult learning theory, the ADDIE lifecycle, and learning management systems.
