At Platter Management, I own full-stack work on a multi-tenant SaaS restaurant POS platform, including staff scheduling, inventory, orders, and table reservations. I also work on API synchronization and observability for reliable platform operations.

On Platter POS & Management Platform, I integrated Deliverect API for real-time order and menu synchronization with third-party delivery platforms. I also refined frontend state management with Zustand and TanStack Query and incorporated an Intercom AI chatbot for tier-1 support queries.
