I’m an experienced assistant retail manager with 10 years of experience in managing retail operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. I adapt team leadership, inventory management, and strategic initiatives to boost store performance and operational efficiency.

In my current role as Assistant Manager at Family Dollar, I manage daily operations including cash management, staff supervision, and customer service. I organize shift assignments, handle deposits, manage register close outs, and coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of merchandise.

I’ve led teams by training and supervising a team of 7 sales associates, improving overall team performance through clear procedures and problem solving. I’m also focused on inventory results, including managing outlets inventory to reduce food waste and leading into an increase of sales.

Earlier, I served as a Shift Leader at McDonald’s, where I led outlet performance by instructing crew members and solving problems in fast-paced conditions. Before that, I worked as a Correctional Officer for the Orleans Sheriff Office, building strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills, and completing thorough investigations with evidence collection and documentation.
