At L.L.Bean, I develop campaign strategies across a $403m retail channel, aligning commercial planning, omni-channel customer experience, and brand positioning.

I lead visual, marketing, operational, merchandising, and inventory storytelling for store execution. I also manage cross-functional processes, assets, and vendor collaboration that bring brand vision consistently across channels.

Previously, I streamlined workflows for Stores and Wholesale activations and built processes supporting rapid new-store growth. At the Cleveland Guardians, I used customer analysis and consumer behavior reporting to inform experience, product, sales, and retention strategy during the organization’s brand repositioning.

I bring fashion merchandising, marketing, media, and sustainability studies together with project management, creative direction, and consumer analytics to create engaging retail experiences.
