At Dikan Center, I digitized and catalogued over 20,000 archival materials, supporting the long-term preservation of paper and audiovisual collections. I also designed a film negative reader to capture accurate angles for the digitization department.
I designed and implemented a record-filing system that improved document retrieval for researchers and staff. I collaborated with the curatorial department on exhibitions and researched metadata for materials without context.
At Buwelo Ghana, I record customer concerns and resolutions, and created a live sheet to bring pressing concerns to supervisors for immediate attention. My experience also includes cataloguing library materials at University of Ghana, Balme Library.
