Bridget Freeland
@bridgetfreeland
Operations and project coordination leader with data analysis and customer success expertise.
What I'm looking for
I’m a highly organized operations professional with over 15 years of experience coordinating projects, managing client relationships, analyzing data, producing professional documentation, and communicating complex information. My background spans education, journalism, real estate, and customer relations—so I’m comfortable aligning people, timelines, and requirements under pressure.
In my current role as a Special Education Biology Teacher (2023–Present), I manage five concurrent Biology courses while coordinating individualized instruction. I analyze performance data, implement evidence-based strategies, and develop detailed documentation and compliance records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to keep priorities on track.
Previously, I worked as a Special Education Teacher (2021–2023), managing complex caseloads and regulatory documentation. I led multidisciplinary meetings, analyzed performance data, and developed individualized solutions to improve outcomes—translating needs into clear action steps and reliable follow-through.
Earlier roles strengthened my customer and operations mindset: I managed residential transactions as a Licensed REALTOR® (2014–2016) and directed statewide reporting operations as Illinois Bureau Chief / Legal Reporter (2007–2014). I also served as a Fleet & Customer Relations Manager (2001–2003), and that combination of documentation rigor, stakeholder communication, and process improvement is exactly what I bring to remote operations, project coordination, customer success, compliance, training, and business support.
