I'm seeking remote or hybrid opportunities in junior Python development, SQL/data support, QA automation, application support, or IT automation where I can apply troubleshooting, operations, and automation training.

I've built a 10+ year foundation in operations, troubleshooting, maintenance, and team coordination while transitioning into Python, SQL, web, and automation work.

At Sherwin-Williams, I progressed through store management, operations management, customer sales, and associate roles. I use computer-based systems to process orders, maintain accounts, monitor inventory, complete cycle counts, and resolve operational issues.

My process improvements increased operating efficiency by 80% and contributed to approximately 51% growth in operating profit while keeping inventory below budget. I also coordinate account follow-ups and communicate responsibilities across residential, property maintenance, and commercial accounts.
