Michael Clark
@michaelclark1
I build Python and Django workforce platforms, automation, and data-driven operational improvements.
What I'm looking for
At Gainwell Technologies, I built and maintained a Python/Django workforce management application from the ground up, covering architecture, database design, SQL Server configuration, deployment, and ongoing enhancements.
I turn stakeholder feedback and usage data into practical improvements. Google Analytics implementation measured 888 active users, 3,890 sessions, and 58,236 events in a July–August 2026 snapshot.
I've automated data movement and recurring processes with Python, Power Automate, and Office On-Prem Gateway, while administering two Azure DevOps environments supporting more than 13 projects. I also develop test cases, triage defects, validate fixes, and support quality throughout the application lifecycle.
Earlier at DXC Technology and Hewlett Packard Enterprise/DXC Technology, I translated requirements, resolved application issues, and built SharePoint, Access, and Excel project-control tools. My background in military intelligence and hands-on technical operations helps me investigate complex problems and deliver usable solutions.
