I also develop and maintain security playbooks to standardize responses for common break/fix scenarios and ensure regulatory alignment.

Beyond security monitoring, I design and operate secure infrastructure for a fully remote global environment, supporting 100+ employees and provisioning 20+ VDI instances with strict data isolation. I drive continuous improvement through automations/workflows (Bash, PowerShell, APIs), patch management across 120+ endpoints, and measurable support gains like ~30% faster help desk response time and ~40% improvements in resolution time.
