What I'm looking for

I’m seeking remote and freelance opportunities where I can analyze data and develop evidence-based insights to support business decision-making.

In my e-commerce conversion funnel project, I analyzed customer progression from browsing products to completing purchases and compared desktop and mobile performance.

I used Python, Pandas, and NumPy to examine 2,500 user profiles and 5,509 event records. The analysis found an overall purchase conversion rate of 19.0%, with desktop conversion at 26.1% and mobile at 15.2%.

I also compared checkout completion rates and identified the checkout-to-purchase transition as an area for further investigation. I recommended investigating mobile checkout issues, examining earlier funnel drop-offs, and testing proposed improvements with A/B testing.

My experience as a Sales Assistant and Trading Intermediary gave me practical exposure to customer needs, sales transactions, and buyer-seller coordination. I’m interested in using data analysis to support business decision-making.
