Bárbara Beltrán

At Galería Tabaré, I worked in customer service and sales, guiding customers and assisting with purchase decisions. I also organized and restocked merchandise, checked prices, and maintained the workspace.

For my Gestión Humana graduation project with Empresa Avanti, I helped diagnose needs and develop proposals to improve the company’s Human Resources processes. I gathered information through interviews and surveys and assessed induction and selection processes.

As part of the project, I designed an induction platform by job role and created content about functions and tasks. I also proposed an AI-supported selection system and database, and prepared a job description for a technical Human Resources role.

Since 2021, I’ve created promotional and graphic content for Giselle Nails, including social media materials and an adapted logo. I’m a graduate of the Human Resources Management technical program and am looking to apply my knowledge, build professional experience, and continue growing.
