What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can teach Swahili to diverse learners, build and refine curricula, and use linguistic research to strengthen instruction—especially in collaborative teams that value engaging classrooms and modern digital tools.

I’m a highly dedicated Swahili Language Instructor specializing in Swahili Language Teaching and Linguistics. I’m passionate about promoting Swahili as a global language, combining strong pedagogical strategies with linguistic analysis.

Since 2018, I’ve designed and implemented comprehensive Swahili language curricula for international and local students. I also conduct workshops on advanced Swahili linguistic structures and sociolinguistics, integrating modern digital teaching tools to improve engagement and language retention.

Earlier, from 2015 to 2018, I worked as a Linguistics Consultant & Researcher, providing linguistic insights for Swahili language documentation projects. I collaborated with educational institutions to align teaching materials with current linguistic standards, and I draw on my background in curriculum development, assessment, and academic writing to support learners and research goals.
