At Berlitz, I coordinate instructional projects and teams through the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of educational initiatives. I develop and supervise digital instructional content, multimedia resources, presentations, and audiovisual materials.
I manage team workflows, provide feedback, and review deliverables to support quality standards and continuous improvement. I also collaborate with academic stakeholders to align content with institutional objectives.
As a General Counselor with Summer Discovery – University of Pennsylvania (UPenn), I accompanied international students during educational, cultural, and formative activities in a multicultural, bilingual program.
Before that, I taught English at Institución Educativa Ricardo González, Belingual Idiomas, and Smart Academy. I planned lessons, developed learning materials, and assessed student progress to adapt instruction to learners’ needs.
