What I'm looking for

I want to help organizations deliver language programs through strong LMS management and instructional design—using student performance insights and data analysis to continuously improve curriculum, engagement, and outcomes in collaborative online learning environments.

I’m an E-Learning & LMS Specialist and Online Language Professor with a Master’s degree in Second Languages Teaching and Learning and Medellín-based experience in Language and E-Learning education for over 15 years. I build curriculum and learning experiences across diverse e-learning platforms, including MOOC design and EFL learning materials.

In my roles as Online English Professor / Course Director / Course Designer at UNIVERSIDAD NACIONAL ABIERTA Y A DISTANCIA – UNAD, I led curriculum development (activity guides and instructional materials) and managed Learning Management System (LMS) configurations and content management. I also conducted data analysis on students’ progress, teachers’ performance, and the efficiency of instructional materials to inform curriculum changes and enhance academic outcomes.

I bring a student-centered approach supported by multimedia and interactive instruction—using tools to develop engaging lessons and fostering independent learning and critical thinking skills. I’ve administered LMS platforms such as Blackboard, Territorium and Moodle, created interactive and engaging lessons to increase student motivation, and collaborated with teams to continuously improve educational outcomes.
