What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply AutoCAD, drawing-data management, client support, and training experience in a role focused on accurate technical delivery, process improvement, and evolving industry standards.

At Space Data Technology, I manage drawing data in Archibus, produce AutoCAD and Solidworks work, and deliver client-requested changes to service-level expectations.

I've supported clients through module testing, reporting, wayfinding, Azure mapping diagnostics, Microsoft service requests, and tailored AutoCAD and process training. I also train new employees on conversion, polylining, and adding buildings and floors to the system.

Previously, I produced 2D and 3D technical drawings at Iron Action and led maintenance operations and project work for a team of eight at South African Breweries.
