I am a highly motivated and results-oriented software developer with a strong background in C# and Azure. My journey began with a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcasting Production from Grand Valley State University, followed by a .NET C# Bootcamp at Grand Circus. Since then, I have honed my skills in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions using agile methodologies.
At Ally Financial and Synchrony Financial, I developed and deployed event-driven microservices using Azure Service Bus, significantly enhancing scalability. One of my proudest achievements was building out an Enhanced Fraud Detection service that saved the company $5.5 million in potential identity fraud losses. Additionally, I developed a public API that integrated with partners, reaching around 50% of loan volume at peak times. My previous role at SpendMend allowed me to write and test production code for a client portal used by over 200 hospital customers, further solidifying my commitment to delivering impactful software solutions.
