What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging role where I can use analytical, reporting, and operational management skills to support organizational success and continue my professional growth.

I've supported tollway operations, consumer service centers, and mutual fund operations through MIS reporting, dashboard development, transaction monitoring, and process tracking.

At Quant Cloud Solutions, supporting the North Texas Tollway Authority project, I created and maintained trackers, interactive Excel reports, metric dashboards, Pivot Tables, Pivot Charts, filters, calculations, and slicers to visualize tollway vehicle data.

At Jeeves Consumer Services, supporting Flipkart, I handled daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and maintained Google Sheets trackers for inflow, closures, cancellations, refunds, repairs, and service performance metrics.

In my current mutual fund operations work supporting Nippon India Mutual Fund, I monitor transactions against TAT and SLA requirements, prepare MIS and pending reports, coordinate with branches and AMCs, escalate exceptions, and help drive timely closure of high-value transactions.
