At USTHB and the University of Cape Town, I developed a Python simulation-to-inference pipeline to compare recombination signals in simulated datasets with RDP5 inferences. I also evaluated recombinant sequence identification methods and built an automated analysis and visualization pipeline for genomic data.
My work contributed to algorithm validation and benchmarking for the forthcoming RDP6. In my personal projects, I built tools for genomic data analysis and machine learning, and I’m developing a Django platform for dental clinic management.
