Boris Tenchev

At Bulpros → DIGITALL Group, I served as Group CFO of a PE-backed technology platform through two ownership eras. I helped scale the group from a single Bulgarian entity to ~€100m revenue, 18 legal entities across 11 countries, and c. 1,400 people.

I owned the sell-side finance workstream for the 2021 LBO, covering the data room, normalised-EBITDA bridge, vendor due diligence, SPA negotiation, and completion accounts. After the transaction, I helped integrate two independent platforms into DIGITALL, establishing one reporting spine, process, systems landscape, and finance organisation.

During the downturn, I owned restructuring and cost-optimisation programmes that realised ~€6m in run-rate synergies, and released ~€5m of working capital by reducing DSO and renegotiating supplier terms. I also introduced fortnightly group-wide 13-week rolling cash forecasting.

Before Bulpros, I was Managing Partner at Kreston, where I founded three service lines, including CFO-as-a-Service and the IFRS Academy. I began my career in audit and advisory at BDO, EY, and Deloitte, and received the 2017 CFO of the Year award from Forbes & EY in the Planning and Budgeting category.
