I’m seeking contract, fractional or interim opportunities leading group consolidation, tax-compliant reporting, and rolling forecasts—building finance processes, internal controls, and scalable reporting systems that drive sustainable growth.

I’m a finance executive with 20+ years leading senior finance and accounting, including Group Financial Controller and CFO-level responsibilities. I manage global financial operations across the US and EMEA, specializing in financial strategy, group consolidation, reporting, and scalable growth for SaaS, outsourcing, real property, and e-commerce businesses.

I build finance functions from the ground up—structured reporting systems, internal controls, and processes that improve decision-making and long-term sustainability. In my current role, I lead a team of 10 accountants, reduced month-end close from a one-month backlog to 2–10 working days, and own US GAAP/IFRS statutory reporting, tax compliance, rolling forecasts, and audit-ready consolidation for multi-entity client portfolios.
