At Lumina Vision Partners, I finalize, audit, and execute biweekly payroll for more than 200 employees across ten FEINs. I also built Payroll Department SOPs and policies, supported HR operations, and helped transition the organization from ADP PEO services to an in-house UKG Pro system.

Previously at Atlas Healthcare Partners, I managed biweekly payroll for 900 employees, supervised payroll team members, and served as the Payroll, Benefits, and Timekeeping subject matter expert for the Ceridian Dayforce implementation. I led change management, post-implementation configuration, system integrations, reporting, training, and complex payroll troubleshooting.

My background also includes multi-state payroll for 10–15 staffing agencies and approximately 5,000 employees, payroll team leadership, high-volume timesheet processing, client support, and HRIS technical support. I enjoy building reliable processes, maintaining data integrity, and supporting growing organizations in remote, fast-paced environments.
