At BCBSA, I maintain the shared GitLab CI component library used by every product team and own infrastructure-as-code across a multi-account AWS estate. I also rolled an AI code-review CI component out to 123 repositories, with model routing, credential rotation, and per-request cost instrumentation.

On a concurrent migration project for Fishbowl Inventory, I planned and delivered the move of 656 tenant databases from Azure SQL Server to AWS Aurora PostgreSQL. I built Python orchestration for the migration cohorts and verified each cohort table by table before proceeding.
