At Mars Inc., I lead a cross-functional data science team delivering AI and analytics products from problem definition to production. I set team direction, plan capacity and partner with senior leaders, including stakeholders up to global CFO level.
I led the architecture and delivery of a natural-language finance analytics system over 1B+ rows, working hands-on on its agent workflows. It serves 1,000+ queries a day and cuts hours of analyst work to seconds.
I also built a RAG-based competitor intelligence platform that reduced a quarterly strategy review from 1–2 weeks of manual research to hours. Earlier, I built risk sentiment and market data systems at Deutsche Bank, and launched a music learning app with 300+ beta users.
