I am a Master of Pharmacy with 14 years of clinical research experience managing Phase II–IV trials for pediatric and adult populations. I have worked at three global CROs and hold experience across feasibility, start-up, maintenance and close-out activities.
For five years I have served as a global Clinical Team Manager (CTM), leading regional CTMs to drive consistency and performance across neuroscience, general medicine and oncology studies. I am an experienced trainer and mentor, having run onboarding programs and acted as a buddy to new CTMs.
I oversee preparation for and management of internal and sponsor site audits, and I bring hands-on operational knowledge of CTMS (Oracle-based), Medidata Rave EDC and MS Office tools.
