What I'm looking for

I’m looking to grow engine-focused MRO and operations leadership—scaling shop capacity, improving reliability through data and automation, and ensuring EASA/FAA compliant delivery with strong cross-functional execution.

I lead engine operations and capability setup for aerospace MRO, with a track record of scaling throughput and strengthening readiness for field service. I spearheaded strategic planning that increased annual shop visits from 50 to 100 over 3 years, alongside threefold expansion in direct manpower and 5x sales revenue growth.

I own end-to-end operational delivery—from budgets ($15M+ CAPEX) and training programs to tooling, shopfloor layout, test cell upgrades, correlation, and certification. I also operationalized new field service capabilities (including VBV Guide Pad Replacement, HPTB Replacement, and Fwd Seal Replacement) while maintaining supplier and OEM relationships for consistent materials supply and delivery performance.

I’m hands-on across engineering-facing work: troubleshooting (bulk-strip through final build and test), supporting engine investigations, and improving productivity via automation such as automated blade weighing and 3D scanning to predict engine EGT performance. I consistently drive regulatory compliance through audits (EASA/FAA) and CI initiatives, and I partner across legal/insurance teams to ensure lease-related and technical terms are finalized with confidence.
