What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can strengthen English learning through learner-centered teaching, academic leadership, and rigorous support—while contributing to curriculum delivery, staff development, and measurable student outcomes.

I am a results-driven education professional with extensive experience in teaching, academic leadership, examination supervision, and project facilitation. I improve student performance by combining learner-centered instruction with structured support, mentoring, and timely, constructive feedback.

Currently, as a Lecturer at University of Cape Coast (CoDE), I assist distance education students through structured tutorial sessions, academic mentoring, and one-on-one guidance in English Language studies and assignment preparation. I design and deliver learner-centered instructional materials for adult and distance learners, while monitoring progress closely to enhance learning outcomes.

Previously, I served as Head of Junior High School (JHS) Department and taught English Language and Twi using interactive methodologies to strengthen student engagement and achievement. I also work as an NTC Examiner and Supervisor—supporting examination integrity and credentialing standards—and I facilitate institutional development projects by coordinating stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements to learning conditions.
