At Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality, I migrated 19 scheduled jobs from .NET Framework to a Hangfire-based platform on modern .NET. I also moved retry, timeout, and delay settings into per-job attributes and added an HTTP layer with exponential backoff.

I took over an unfinished QGIS plugin, fixed bugs, and rewrote more than five features to make it production-ready. I also designed an authenticated, layered auto-update system that the municipality's GIS units actively use.

I built the Sakarya Encyclopedia web application end to end with C#/.NET and Angular, then delivered it to the municipality's Department of Culture. My Oy Takip CRM is live at two corporate clients, serving nearly 30 users and more than 3,000 company records from one shared codebase.

My projects also include EHRS, a veterinary appointment system with a .NET backend serving Angular and Flutter clients, and Cüni Studio, a custom e-commerce site with Sanity CMS. I’m looking to gain experience with large-scale systems and grow into system design.
