I am a results-driven Shift Lead with hands-on experience in retail operations, warehouse logistics, and food service management. I supervise daily store operations, lead and train team members, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards to maintain efficient, high-volume order fulfillment.

At Insomnia Cookies I oversee opening and closing procedures, food preparation and baking, and complete daily operational reports while resolving customer concerns professionally. Previously, as a Product Flow Specialist at Best Buy, I managed picking, packing, shipping, and inventory processing, supported sales floor activity during peaks, and maintained organized stockroom layouts.

I bring strong skills in team leadership, inventory control, customer service excellence, time management, and problem resolution. I am currently enrolled in a GED program and seek opportunities where I can contribute to operational efficiency and team productivity in fast-paced environments.
