I’m looking for a role where I can apply data science and software development to real operations—secure systems, clear SLAs, and measurable improvements—while collaborating cross-functionally and continuing to grow through hands-on, training-supported work.

I’m a Data Scientist with 3 years of experience spanning IT and software development, with a strong focus on user rights administration, service desk management, and infrastructure security. I bring systematic problem-solving and careful attention to detail to every task, from triaging requests to improving operational reliability.

I’ve built and maintained Django-based web applications and school management systems using PHP and MySQL, including fixing production bugs and integrating frontend and backend components. I also designed relational databases with MySQL and SQLite and worked in collaborative GitHub workflows to support smooth SDLC delivery.

In IT support roles, I processed 50+ user access requests with accurate privilege assignment and resolved 100+ support tickets while consistently meeting defined SLAs.
