I’m looking to build and optimize large-scale data platforms—modernizing pipelines, improving reliability and cost efficiency, and strengthening standards through mentorship. I want to turn complex data into clear, actionable analytics for real business decisions.

I’m a Data Engineer focused on large-scale data systems, optimization, and technical strategy. At Guadalupe Valley Electric Cooperative, I designed, ingested, transformed, tested, and modeled data to power analytics and reporting—while mentoring teammates on scalable, low-friction data engineering practices.

I’ve driven major platform and performance improvements, including redesigning pipelines to grow from 100M to 10B rows, cutting critical runtime from 10h to 2m, and saving $45k/yr in compute costs. I also spearheaded a cloud data warehouse platform with standards and roadmaps, enabled historical analytics via snapshot-based CDC, and reduced licensing costs by implementing an interim orchestration approach with logging, monitoring, and reproducibility.
