What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a remote medical scribe or clinical documentation role where I can use my clinical background, medical terminology, and attention to detail to produce fast, accurate documentation.

At DHQ Teaching Hospital, I assess and document musculoskeletal and neurological patient cases under senior physiotherapist supervision, producing accurate, audit-ready clinical records.

I co-design stroke rehabilitation programs within multidisciplinary teams, report patient progress to treating clinicians, and use precise medical terminology and anatomical knowledge to document treatment plans. I also deliver individualized electrotherapy interventions including TENS, IFT, EMS, and ultrasound.

Through my DPT training and clinical research on chronic low back pain, I bring structured assessment, evidence-based thinking, and clear written English communication to remote medical scribe and clinical documentation work.
